Sinful Colors ~ Rich in Heart

I first bought this polish way back in the spring or early summer but today was the first time trying it out. One reason I waited to try it is because it is more a fall/winter color than spring or summer. However, the biggest reason was that I was really disappointed when I opened the bottle. 

When you see this polish in the bottle it is this gorgeous deep shimmery red but when I opened the bottle I found that it was actually a black base packed with lots of super fine red glitter. When I put this into my swatch book (which I will be posting about later) it looked black with a few red shimmers here and there. When I decided to try this polish today I went into it with really low expectations but I am so glad I decided to try it out. This color looks so much more like it does in the bottle on the nail than it did in my swatch book. It is beautiful. When the light catches the red shimmers it is such a gorgeous deep vampy red but in shadows it is almost black. I am so happy with this color and for less than $2 it is an awesome buy. 

By the way, I love Sinful Colors polishes. I have loads of them. They are great quality for the price. I typically just use a very good base and top coat with them.
